敦煌医方中杏仁组方用治肺系病证探析

摘　　要：对敦煌出土文献中杏仁在不同配伍情况下治疗肺系病证的概况进行整理、分析,总结出杏仁与其他药物合用可以用治头痛咳嗽、咽干咳嗽、上气咳嗽、肺气咳嗽、咳逆短气等。认为杏仁是敦煌医方中治疗肺系病证的常用药,今后应在临床上广泛推广应用。The conditions of XingRen （semen armeniacae amarum） combined with different drugs in treating pulmonary diseases were summarized, collected and analyzed in unearthed Dunhuang literature, it was found that XingRen combined with other drugs could be used to treat cough due to headache, dry throat, Qi reverse, pulmonary Qi and shortness of breath. XingRen is the commonly used drug for pulmonary disease in Dunhuang medical pre- scriptions and should be used widely in clinic.
