中药腿足浴疗法治疗Ⅰ级高血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药腿足浴疗法治疗高血压Ⅰ期的临床疗效,评价中药腿足浴足浴疗法治疗高血压病的安全性和实用性。方法:将60例Ⅰ期高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予以中药腿足浴治疗,对照组予以常规药物治疗:观察2组临床疗效和客观指标的改善情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为76.67%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后症状体征积分改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与同组治疗前比较,亦有明显改善(P<0.05)。2组在治疗过程中均未出现不良事件。结论:中药腿足浴疗法操作简单,易于掌握,疗效满意,是治疗Ⅰ级高血压的一种较好的方法。Objective： To assess the safety and practicability of TCM leg-feet balneotherapy in treating hyper- tension by observing clinical effects of the therapy. Method： All 60 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received TCM leg-feet balneotherapy, the control group received routine medicine. The improvement of the indexes and clinical effects were observed of both groups. Result： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, higher than 76.67% of the control group, the difference had statis- tical meaning （P〈0.05）, symptom scale and body sign score of the treatment group were improved notably com- pared with the control group （P〈0.05）. They were improved significantly compared with before treating of the same group （P〈0.05）. There was no adverse reaction during the therapy. Conclusion： TCM leg-feet balneotherapy, feasi- ble, easy to be operated and effective, is a better method for hyerptension level one.
