摘　　要：对手术患者在麻醉手术后机体可能出现的风险以及手术患者由于接送人员、转运工具、接送流程等护理管理失误引发的风险因素进行分析,认为加强对手术患者运转过程风险的评估,落实查对制度,规范接送人员的行为是避免发生医源性损害,减少投诉和索赔,保证手术患者安全的重要途径。The risk of the body which might be induced by the anaesthesia and risk factors caused by care management including the mistakes of the staff responsible for pick-up, transportation tools and pick-up procedure were stated, We thinks that enhancing risk assessment in the process of transferring operation patients, carrying out the check system, regulating the behavior of the staff responsible for pick-up are the important ways of avoding the incidence of iatrogeni~ injury, reducing the complaint and claiming for the compensation as well as ensuring the safety of operation patients.
