全氟磺酸离子交换树脂膜催化合成单壬基二苯醚的研究

摘　　要：以全氟磺酸离子交换树脂膜为催化剂,得到二苯醚与壬烯反应合成单壬基二苯醚的适宜反应条件,在反应温度为170℃,催化剂用量(质量分数)为二苯醚的0.2%,n(二苯醚):n(壬烯)=1:2,反应时间为3h的条件下,单壬基二苯醚的产率可以达到48.3%。该催化剂重复使用6次,催化活性未见降低。The optimum reaction conditions of the synthesis of nonane diphenyl ether with Nation NR50 resin membrane as catalyst were studied. The results showed that the yield was over 48.3% when the temperature was 170℃, the amount of catalyst was 0.2% of the mass of diphenyl ether, the molar ratio of diphenyl ether to nonene was 1 ： 2 and reaction time was 3h. The catalyst could be reused for six times without distinct activity losses.
