摘 要:以粗碘为原料,水合肼为还原剂,采用动态离子交换工艺制备氢碘酸。研究了过柱流速、树脂层高度、过柱次数、交换介质等因素对产品氢离子浓度和铵交换率的影响。结果表明,在过柱流速1.2mL/min、树脂层高度33cm,沸石与树脂相结合2次过柱条件下,氢离子浓度达到1.40mol/L,铵交换率达到96%。在真空度0.07MPa,蒸发温度80℃的条件下减压蒸馏成功制备出浓度47%的氢碘酸产品,产品各项指标满足行业标准HG 3-952-76的要求。Hydroiodic acid was prepared with crude iodine as raw materials and hydrazine hydrate as reductant by dynamic ion exchange method. The effects of flow rate through column, resin layer height, times through colurnn, exchange media and other factors on concentration of hydrogen ion and exchange efficiency of ammonium were investigated. The results showed that when flow rate through column was 1.2mL/min, resin layer height was 33cm and zeolite combined with resin twice through column, concentration of hydrogen ion was 1.40mol/L and exchange efficiency of ammonium was 96%. With the vacuum degree of 0.07MPa and evaporating temperature of 80℃, 47% of hydroiodic acid was successfully prepared via vacuum distillation and all indexes met the requirements of industry standard of HG 3-952-76.
