摘　　要：FLASH存储器在工程应用中非常广泛,已成为嵌入式系统的重要组成部分。在FLASH上开发文件系统能方便用户对FLASH进行拷贝、删除以及创建等操作。详细介绍了VxWorks操作系统下FLASH TureFFS的架构,以W78M32VP芯片为例,以实际工程中遇到的文件系统无法格式化问题为契机,讨论如何在FLASH上实现文件系统。The FLASH memorizer is an important part of the embedded systems, which has found wide application in engineering. It is very convenient for the users to use the FLASH memorizer by developing the FLASH file system, such as copying, deleting and creating. The TFFS configuration of FLASH under VxWorks operation system is discussed in detail, and how to realize the file system on FLASH memorizer is presented by taking W78M32VP chip as an example for working out the practical problem that the file system can be not formatted.
