超快冷技术在国丰620mm窄带生产线的应用

摘　　要：介绍了620 mm生产工艺流程及超快冷工艺设备。使用超快冷后,通过控制冷却,Q235板坯轧制可以达到Q345B性能,带钢冷却能力可达到230℃,通条温度偏差控制在±15℃以内,可以满足部分钢种使用要求,同时使用超快冷后,带钢表面质量较好。It is introduced the process flow of 620 mm line and ultra - fast cooling equipments. After ultra - fast cooling used, by controlled cooling, the rolled Q235 slab can have the performance of Q345B, the cool- ing ability of strip steel can reach 230 ℃, the temperature difference along the whole rolling piece can be controlled within ＋ 15 ℃, and can meet utilization requirements for part of steel grades. At the same time the surface quality is better.
