A method design on partner selection of information industry technology innovation strategic alliance

摘　　要：为了使信息产业技术创新战略联盟成员选择方法既简单又科学实用,在比较目前战略联盟成员选择方法基础上,通过分析高校资源和信誉两个维度10个指标,设计了战略联盟选择高校的新方法,并以某地7所高校为备选对象作了例证分析。选择方法既屏蔽了传统战略联盟成员选择方法的随意性,又简化了因子分析等学术性方法的复杂性。In order to make member selection of the information industry technology innovation strategic alliance simple, scientific and practical, a new method based on comparison of current strategic alliance member selection methods is designed by analyzing ten indexes from the two di- mensions, i.e. the resources and the credibility. Seven colleges and universities are chose for ex- ample analysis. The results show that the new method can block the informality of traditional strategic alliance member selection method and simplify the complexity of academic methods such as factor analysis.
