摘 要:本文探讨了锑及锑系复合孕育对铸铁耐蚀性的影响,结果表明,在浓度为98%的硫酸介质中,锑铸铁的耐腐蚀性能明显的优于HT200,锑的最佳含量范围是0.040%~0.065%,锑量过高时,耐蚀性反而下降,锑对灰铸铁耐蚀性的提高和强度增加相对应,即强度高,腐蚀失重小。锑与铬、钒、稀土等元素复合孕育效果更佳,其耐蚀性比普通锑铸铁高50%以上。The influence of antimony and the complex inoculation of antimony with other elements together on the corrosion resistance of iron is discussed in this paper. The results show that the corrosion resistance of antimony bearing iron is apparently superior to HT200 in the medium with the 98% concentration of H2SO4. The best content range of antimony is-0. 040%-0. 065%. While the content of antimony is higher than that amount ,the corrosion resistance decreases. The increase of the corrosion resistance of antimony bearing iron is cor-reseponded with the tensile strength. That is, the higher the strength, the less the weight loss due to the corrosion. The corrosion resistance of the iron inoculated by Sb,Cr,V,Re etc. is much better and the working life can increase over 50%.
