摘 要:针对复杂地层井眼失稳,大位移井、水平井及大尺寸井眼段存在携带钻屑及起下钻困难等问题,研制了一种抑制性好、井眼清洁能力强的弱凝胶合成基钻井液。该钻井液引入了一种活化提切剂,其是由有机酸与有机胺在氮气的保护下经过缩聚反应形成的具有非线性网状结构的高分子量聚合物。实验结果表明,在传统合成基钻井液中加入该活化提切剂后,低剪切速率黏度提高2倍以上,而且塑性黏度略有降低。该钻井液在印尼油田成功应用8口井,钻井过程中没有发生任何井下事故。对比井SKW-J井使用传统的合成基钻井液钻井,发生了2次卡钻和1次钻具断落事故,最后打水泥塞暂时弃井,然后转用弱凝胶合成基钻井液侧钻,成功完钻。Unsatisfactory cuttings carrying capacity and pipe sticking were often encountered during drilling in extended-reach wells,horizontal wells and other complicated circumstances.Weak gel synthetic based drilling fluid with satisfied wellbore cleaning and inhibition capacity was prepared.This agent which is synthesized by organic acid and organic amine by condensation reaction under the protection of nitrogen can modify shear thinning behavior.The low shear rate viscosity increased more than 2 times,and the plastic viscosity decreased slightly.The application of 8 wells in oilfield of Indonesia showed that it has higher success rate relative to conventional drilling fluids.
