摘　　要：衡阳市正处在经济快速增长时期,高校教育资源较为丰富,这些高校不仅是发展科学技术和培养人才的基地,而且是高层次人才汇聚之地,人才资源优势明显。本研究立足衡阳市高校青年体育教师队伍的现状,结合衡阳市高校青年体育教师人力资源开发现状,依据人力资源开发相关理论,从招聘、激励、培训、保留等方面分析其存在的主要问题,在此基础上,进行对策研究。Hengyang City is in a period of rapid economic growth,and higher education resources are more abundant.The colleges and universities are not only the base for the development of science and technology and talent training,but also the place for high-- level talents gathering,which shows Hengyang City has obvious advantages in human resources.This paper,based on the current status of young college teachers,analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of young PE teachers＇human resource in colleges and universities in Hengyang City,from the perspectives of recruitment,training,inspiring and retaining,and puts forwards countermeasures.
