摘　　要：目的　观察年龄对脑卒中偏瘫患者早期主动性康复治疗的影响。方法　选择符合研究条件的脑卒中患者 85例 ,按年龄分成 40～、5 0～、6 0～、70～ 80岁组等 4组 ,比较康复治疗 2 8d后各组间残损(FMA)和残疾 (FIM )的积分。结果　康复治疗后各组的FMA上下肢评分和FIM评分结果间差异均无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。Objective To observe the influence of age on early rehabilitation of acute stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Eighty five stroke patients meeting the criteria were selected in a hospital. These patients were divided into 4 groups by age, ie,40～,50～,60～,70～80 group. Outcomes were compared among the groups at 28 d after onset. Results There were no significant differences between outcomes FMA, and FIM of 4 groups (P> 0.05 ).Conclusions Age itself does not significantly affect the effectiveness of early rehabilitation of acute stroke patients with hemiplegia.
