摘  要:目的:探讨中药复方肝欣液体外抗乙肝病毒(HBV)活性及抑制乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)的作用。方法:采用2.2.15细胞培养测定肝欣液对HBV的活性以及采用反相被动血凝抑制试验(RPHI)对肝欣液抗HBsAg进行实验观察。结果:肝欣液最高浓度为5~7μl/ml,作用7天和14天时,对2.2.15细胞HBsAg分泌抑制率分别为55.12%~57.48%和60.98%~71.34%,并可使培养上清中HBVDNA的量减少;浓度为7μl/ml,作用14天时对乙肝e抗原(HBeAg)分泌抑制率为50.28%,并可使培养上清HBVDNA的量减少,肝欣液500μl/ml对HBsAg有显著抑制作用,与阴性对照组比较凝集效价下降3~4个倍比度(P<0.01)。结论:肝欣液浓度为5~7μl/ml时,在体外细胞培养中,具有一定的抗HBV活性,并对HBsAg有良好的抑制作用。Objedive: To inquire into the role of Gan Xin Liquid in resishng hepatitis B Virus(HBV) activity and inhibihng hepatis B surface antigen(HBsAg). Mathod: Cell - 2.2. 15 eulture was adopted to test the role of Gan Xin Liquid in resisting HBV activity, and reverse passive hemagglutination inhibition(RPHI) test was made to observe the effect of Gan Xin Liquid in resisting HBsAg. Results: When the maximum density of Gan Xin Liquid amounted to 5~7μl/ml, and acted for seven days and fourteen days, the inhibiting rates of HBsAg secretion of cell - 2. 2. 15 were 55. 12%~ 57 .48% and 60.98% ~ 71. 34% aspetively, and the amount of HBV DNA in culture supernatant fluid could be brought down.When its density was 7μl/ml and acted for fourteen days,its inhibiting rate of HBeAg secretion was 50.28% and it made the amount of HBV DNA in the culture supematan fluid cut down. 500μl/ml of Gan Xin Liquid was of significant effect on HBsAg;compared with the negative control group,the agglutination titer dereased three to fourfold, which had a significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: When the density of Gan Xin Liquid is 5 ~ 7μl/ml,it is of certain effect on resisting HBV activity in cell culture in vitro and it also has a better cffect on inhibiting HBsAg.
