肝痛舒口服液的药理实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察肝痛舒口服液解痉镇痛作用。方法：采用Maguns法观察对离体兔肠的解痉作用以及用热板法观察对小鼠痛阈值的影响。结果：该药能对抗Ach和Bacl2所致的兔肠痉挛，呈明显解痉作用，并能提高小鼠痛阈值。结论：肝癌舒具有明显的解痉镇痛作用，安全、无急性毒性。Objedive: To observe the antispasmodic and analgsic action of Gan Tongsthu oral solution. Methods:The antispasmodic action of Gan Tongshu oral solution on rabbits' intestinal smooth muscle was observed in vitro by maguns method and its influence on ndce's pain threshold was tested by hot - plate method. Rdsults: The drug could antagonize the spasm of intestinal sroth muscle induced by acetylcholine and bariam cholride. It showed a significant inhibition on intestinal smooth muscle in vitro and could increase mice's pain thresshold. No acute toxicity was iound in theacute toxicity test. Conclusion: It can be reasonably concluded that the druy possesses antispasmodic and analgesic action and may be used safely in clinic.
