摘  要:在胚胎期、出生后个体生命的早期、甚至成年后,某些应激、行为、药物、饮食及营养因素均能使下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质(HPA)轴编程,即功能调定点重新设置。HPA轴一旦被编程,即使撤除这些编程因素,HPA轴功能也长期维持升高或低下的异常状态。笔者认为HPA轴编程形成了一个新的稳态,HPA轴编程现象及其机制的研究对制作不能自行恢复的某些中医证候动物模型、及对理解中医"证"的核心机制具有重要的意义;此外,研究已表明HPA轴编程和多种疾病的发生发展有密切关系,而目前对HPA轴异常编程还没有干预的方法,中医善于调节内环境稳态的优点可能弥补HPA轴异常编程治疗领域的空白。During embryonic, individual postnatal early life and adult period, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis could be programmed by some types of stresses, behaviors, drugs, diets and nutrients. The function set-point reset. Once HPA axis was programmed, even to remove these factors of programming, the function of HPA axis still retained a hyper state or hypofunction state. We thought HPA programming forms a new stable state, which is meaningful to make animal model for ZHENG of traditional Chinese medicine without automatic recovery and to understand the core mechanisms of ZHENG. In addition, HPA programming was proved to be associated with increased incidence and development of multiple diseases, but so far no intervention was generated. Therapies from traditional Chinese medicine possessing advantages in modulating endo- environment might open a new field in correcting abnormal HPA programming.
