艾灸联合拔罐促进全麻腹部术后肠蠕动恢复的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾灸联合拔罐在腹部全麻术后促进胃肠功能的作用。方法:将64例全麻腹部手术患者随机分为对照组32例和实验组32例进行随机对照研究。对照组按一般术后医嘱进行体位及活动指导;实验组在前者的基础上加用艾灸联合拔罐(取穴为足三里+上巨虚+下巨虚)。结果:艾灸联合拔罐组肠蠕动恢复时间和肛门排气时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸联合拔罐可有效促进全麻腹部手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复。Objective： To study the effects on postoperative gastrointestinal function with the treatment of moxibustion combined with cupping. Methods： 64 patients with abdominal surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group （32 cases） and experimental group （32 cases）. In the control group, the patients followed the doctor＇s advice for position and activities. In the experimental group, besides the doctor＇s advice, the patients were treated with moxibustion combined with cupping [Selecting acupoints： Zusanli point （ST36）; Shangjuxu point （ST37）; Xiajuxu point （ST38）]. Results： In the experimental group with the therapy of moxibustion combined with cupping, intestinal peristalsis recovery time and anal exhaust time was shorter obviously than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： moxibustion combines with cupping can effectively promote postoperative gastrointestinal functional recovery.
