摘  要:目的:建立蒙药土茯苓七味汤散中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),应用Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(25:75);流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为238nm;柱温为25℃。结果:栀子苷在0.1075-0.6450μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),栀子苷的平均回收率为97.30%、RSD为1.40%(n=6)。结论:含量测定方法简便,精密度高,分离度好,可用于蒙药土茯苓七味汤散中栀子苷的含量测定。Objective: To establish the content determination methods of geniposide in Mongolian medicine Poria Seven Tastes Soup Powder. Methods: The geniposide content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with Diamonsil C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) chromatographic column at 25℃. The mobile phase was methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid (25 : 75) with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 238 nm. Results: The linear relationship for geniposide was good in the range of 0.1075-0.6450 lag (r=-0.9999). The average recover was 97.30% and RSD was 1.40% (n=6). Conclusion: The content determination is ease, with high accuracy and good resolution, which can be applied to the content determination of geniposide in Mongolian medicine Poria seven tastes soup powder.
