特应性皮炎血清瘦素及白细胞介素-6水平与中医证型的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨特应性皮炎(AD)患者血清瘦素(leptin)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与中医证型的相关性。方法:采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测100例AD患者和30例正常健康人血清leptin、IL-6的水平。结果:AD患者血清leptin、IL-6水平高于正常健康对照组(P<0.01),且血清IL-6水平与leptin呈正相关(r=0.83);湿热蕴肤型患者血清leptin及血清IL-6高于脾虚血燥型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:leptin参与了AD发病过程,且与IL-6水平呈正相关;AD患者中医证型与其血清leptin、IL-6水平的表达变化存在一定的相关性。Objective： To investigate the relationship between the level of serum leptin, IL-6 and TCM syndromes in patients with atopic dermatitis （AD）. Methods： 100 AD patients and 30 healthy controls were collected. The expression level of serum leptin, IL-6 levels were measured by ELISA. Results： The level of serum leptin, IL-6 of atopic dermatitis patients were higher than healthy people （P〈0.01）, and the level of serum leptin positively correlated with serum IL-6 （r=0.83）. The level of serum leptin and serum IL-6 in dampness heat syndrome were higher than those of spleen-deficiency and blood-dryness syndrome patients, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Leptin may participate in the course of AD, and the level of serum leptin positively correlates with serum IL-6. There may be some correlation relationship between the level of serum leptin or IL-6 and TCM syndrome in AD.
