摘  要:目的:观察"双固一通"电针法对衰老阳虚大鼠学习记忆行为以及在体海马齿状回长时程增强的影响。方法:以注射D-半乳糖和氢化可的松诱导老年阳虚模型大鼠。正常组大鼠注射等量0.9%氯化钠溶液。电针组和对照组分别采用"双固一通"法和对照腧穴电针治疗。Morris水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆行为;检测大鼠海马齿状回高频刺激诱发的群峰电位幅值变化。结果:①与模型组比较,电针组大鼠潜伏期缩短,首次跨越时间缩短,跨越次数增加(P<0.05);②与模型组比较,电针组PS增幅明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:"双固一通"电针法可促进老年阳虚模型大鼠的学习记忆能力,并在一定程度上提高老年阳虚模型大鼠海马齿状回长时程增强。Objective: To observe the effects of 'Double-reinforcing and One-unblocking' of acupuncture method on the spatial learning and memory, Long-term potential (LTP) of aging model rats with Yang-deficiency. Methods: The D-galactose Injection and the Hydrocortisone Injection was used to induce the aging model rats with Yang-deflciency symptom. Normal rats were injected with the same amount of saline. EA Rats were treated with 'Double-reinforcing and One-unblocking' of acupuncture methods, and EC rats were stimulated with control electro-acupuncture therapy. Morris water-maze task was used as the judging standard for spatial learning and memory behavior. Population spike was used to detect the changes of potential amplitude induced by the high frequency stimulation (HFS). Results: OCompared with model rats, the EA rats, the escape latency were shorter, the first time of spatial probing the former platform were shorter, and the number of spanning the former platform increased (P〈0.05); ~)Compared with model rats, record after HFS indicated that the incidence of LTP induction of the EA rats were higher (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The above results suggest that the effects of 'Double-reinforcing and One-unblocking' of acupuncture method could improve the spatial learning and memory in aging model rats with Yang-deficiency; and the treatment could increase the incidence of LTP induction at the hippocampal dentate gyrus in the aging model rats with Yang-deficiency.
