摘 要:目的:观察芋菇颗粒及其不同组分对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用,探讨芋菇颗粒可能的有效组分。方法:实验一:采用细胞接种的方法建立S180荷瘤ICR小鼠动物模型,将模型小鼠随机分成6组:模型对照组、组分1治疗组、组分2治疗组、组分3治疗组、组分4治疗组、环磷酰胺组,每组各8只,检测芋菇颗粒不同组分对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用。实验二:采用细胞接种的方法建立S180荷瘤ICR小鼠动物模型,将模型小鼠随机分成6组:模型对照组、环磷酰胺组、山慈菇醇提组、芋菇颗粒复方高、中、低剂量组,每组各10只,观测芋菇颗粒复方不同剂量对S180荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用。结果:研究发现,组分3治疗组对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率为48.7%(P<0.01),组分4治疗组的抑瘤率为31.0%(P<0.01);山慈菇醇提组的抑瘤率为53.0%(P<0.01),芋菇颗粒复方高剂量组的抑瘤率为33.3%(P<0.05),芋菇颗粒复方中剂量组抑瘤率为22.1%(P<0.05),与模型对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义。结论:山慈菇醇提物、芋菇颗粒复方水提取均对S180荷瘤小鼠的实体瘤有一定的抑制作用,山慈菇醇提部分作用较强,可能是芋菇颗粒的有效成分之一。Objective: Studying the anti-tumor effects of Yugu Granules in S180 cancer mice, in order to explore the active fraction of Yugu Granles. Methods: Experiment 1, after establishing the S180 cancer mice model by cell vaccination, the cancer-beating ICR mice were divided into 6 groups: control group (regular cancer-bearing mice), Fraction 1 group, Fraction 2 group, Fraction 3 group, Fraction 4 group and Cyclophosphamide group, with 8 cases in each group. The anti-tumor effects of different fractions of Yugu Granules on S 180 cancer mice were studied. Experiment 2, after establishing the S 180 cancer mice model by cell vaccination, the cancer- bearing ICR mice were divided into 6 groups: control group (regular cancer-beating mice), cyclophosphamide group, Indian iphigenia bulb alcohol extract group, Yugu granules of high dose, middle dose and low dose group, with 10 cases in each group. The anti-tumor effects of different dosages of Yugu Granules on S180 cancer mice were studied. Results: The results showed that the anti-tumor rate of fraction 3 group was 48.7% (P〈0.01), fraction 4 group was 31.0% (P〈0.01), Indian iphigenia bulb alcohol extract group was 53.0% (P〈0.01), Yugu granules of high dose group was 33.3% (P〈0.05), Yugu Granules of middle dose group was 22.1% (P〈0.05), there was significant different with control group. Conclusions: Indian iphigenia bulb alcohol extract group, Yugu granules water extract can significantly inhibit the growth of S180 cancer cell in mice. Indian iphigenia bulb alcohol extract group showed a strong part of the role, and it maybe one of the effecfve component fractions of Yugu granules.
