摘　　要：通过对历代方剂与本草的山药应用演变及其发展过程的论述,提示出山药的方药共荣历程,并分析其临床使用特点,强调方药配伍运用是实现山药方药共荣的核心环节,并是充分发挥山药功效的主要影响因素,其对拓宽山药现代化的研究思路,具有一定的现实意义。Through the research of the course of the formula and herbs of Shanyao, point out the co-prosperity of the formula and herbs, analyze the characteristic of Shanyao＇s clinical application and emphasize that the compatible application of formula and herbs is the key point to realize the the formula and herbs co-prosperity of Shanyao. The compatibility is also the main influencing factor to make good use of Shanyao in clinic, which can be of actual sense to broaden the research road of modernization of Shanyao.
