摘　　要：阐述了常宁市烟叶专业合作社的发展现状,分析其在运作过程中存在的问题,并提出了具体的对策,完善常宁市烟叶专业合作社的运作模式,从而降低烟叶生产成本,提高烟叶质量,提高烟农的积极性,保证烟叶生产的可持续发展。The development status of tobacco cooperatives in Changning City was expounded in the paper.The problems were analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward,in order to improve the mode operation of Changning tobacco cooperatives, thus reduce tobacco production costs, improve the quality of tobacco, enhance the enthusiasm of farmers, to ensure the sustainable development of tobacco production.
