干祖望教授运用健脾法治疗慢性咽炎经验

摘　　要：目的:总结健脾法治疗慢性咽炎的临床经验。方法:通过跟师学习,分析干祖望教授对慢性咽炎病因病机的认识,并提出慢性咽炎应从脾虚论治的观点。结果:干祖望教授对该病的治疗以健脾法为核心,根据具体情况参以辨证对慢性咽炎采用健脾益气法、健脾渗湿法、健脾润燥法、健脾消痰法、健脾升清法、健脾和胃法、健脾温肾法治疗。结论:干祖望运用健脾法治疗慢性咽炎疗效显著。Objective ：To summarize the clinical experience of strengthening spleen method in treating chronic pharyngitis. Methods ： Syn- drome differentiating and treating chronic pharyngitis from ＂deficiency of spleen＂, through exploring the pathogenesis of chronic pharyn- gitis. Results ： Centralized in ＂strengthening spleen＂, methods of strengthening spleen and supplementing qi, strengthening spleen and moistening dryness ,tonifying spleen and removing phlegm, tonifying spleen and rising clearness, strengthening spleen and meditating stomach, strengthening spleen and warming kidney were used to differentiate and treat chronic pharyngitis according to the detailed con- dition. Conclusion ： Method of strengthening spleen has significant curative effect on the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.
