摘　　要：目的:总结刘如秀教授治疗外感热病的临床经验。方法:通过跟师学习,收集、整理刘如秀教授治疗外感热病的临床思路及治疗的有效方剂。结果:刘如秀教授主张提高外感热病疗效的关键是把好气分关,控制并消除气分高热表现,将病情完全中断于气分。同时,外感热病后期应频服养阴生津之剂。结论:刘如秀教授治疗外感热病有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Liu Ruxiu in treating externally contracted heat disease （ECHD）. Methods：Clinical thinkings and effective prescriptions of Professor Liu Ruxiu for the treatment of ECHD were collected and organized through learning with him in clinic. Results ：Professor Liu Ruxiu considered that the key in treating ECHD was to grasp the qifen syndrome, control and diminish the fever, stop the pathogenic factors from the qifen. At the same time, the nourishing yin and gen- erating body fluid drugs should be paid attention in the later stage of ECHD. Conelusion：Professor Liu Ruxiu has achieved good clinical curative effects in treating ECHD.
