摘　　要：目的:浅释中医学的调心与治神理论。方法:对《黄帝内经》等经典医籍中关于心神、调心与治神理论的相关记载进行整理、分析。结果:治神是医疗的方向和目标,调心(神)是操作的手段和内容。针灸技术倡导治神为本,气功锻炼强调调心的核心作用,二者并不矛盾,只是在表达的偏重不同而已。气功的调心和针灸的治神相互为用,用气功调心平和医者、病者的心态以静心,达到五神志安和协调,医患同心协力,方能邪祛正安,以平为期。结论:心神影响身心已成为中西医的共识,然何以治神,诸家有论,各不相当,尤多流于理论,操作欠备。笔者首论心主之用,次论气功调心,后论治神之调。提出,调心之于治神,无所分别,乃古代医学模式中的一体两用。Objective：To simple explain the regulation of mind and shen in TCM. Methods：Related records about theory of mind and shen and the regulation of mind and shen in Huangdi Neijing and other classic medical books were organized and analyzed. Results ： Regulation of shen is the direction and target of medical treatment,and regulation of mind（shen） was the means and content of opera- tion. Acupuncture technology advocated treating shen as the root, and qigong exercise emphasized the core function of regulation of mind, and they were not contradictory, only different expression. Regulation of mind by qigong and regulation of shen by acupuncture re- inforced each other. Calmed the mentality of doctors and patients by qigong regulating mind to meditation, so as to achieve the calming and coordination of five shen. Doctor-patient worked together, then evil qi driving away and healthy qi calming, and reached the purpose of balance. Conclusion：Mind-Shen affecting body and mind has become the consensus of Chinese and western medicine,but how to reg- ulate of shen, many physicians have their own thinkings, however especially were partial to theory, operation insufficient. I discussed the function of mind firstly, then regulating the mind, finally regulation of mind and Put forward that there was no difference in the regulation of mind and shen, that is, one integration and dual-use of the ancient medical model.
