摘  要:目的:探讨电针督脉联合静脉移植骨髓间充质干细胞对大鼠脑梗死后神经功能及神经再生的影响。方法:将36只大鼠随机分为治疗组12只、移植组12只、模型组12只,三组均建立大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型,治疗组和移植组在造模成功后24 h进行静脉移植骨髓间充质干细胞,治疗组同时点开始电针百会、水沟,造模后7 d、14 d时间点分别进行神经功能缺损评分后处死,行脑梗死体积测定及免疫组织化学染色观察神经元特异性烯醇化酶的表达。结果:治疗组7 d、14 d神经功能缺损评分均低于移植组和模型组(P<0.05);14 d治疗组梗死体积比低于移植组和模型组(P<0.05),神经元特异性烯醇化酶表达高于移植组和模型组(P<0.05)。结论:电针督脉联合静脉移植干细胞可改善大鼠脑梗死后神经功能缺损,其机制与促进神经元再生有关。Objective : To investigate the influence of electroacupuncture Du meridian combined with stem cells transplatation on nerve re- generation of rats after cerebral infarction. Methods : 36 rats were randomly divided into the treatment group, the transplantation group and the model group, each of 12 rats. Three groups all were established the rat models of middle cerebral artery occlusion, and the treat- ment group and the transplantation group were carried out transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells 24 h after successful of model establishing. The treatment group at the same place was treated with electroacupuncture Baihui, Shuigou. Neural functional def- icit score were carried out on rats respectively 7 days and 14 days after molding, then executed rats, and cerebral infarction volume t and immunohistochemical staining were used to observe the expression of neurone specific enolase. Results : Neural func- tional deficit score of the treatment group 7 days and 14 days after molding all were inferior to the transplantation group and the model group( P 〈 0.05 ). Infarction volume ratio of the treatment group 14 days after molding was less than the transplantation group and the model group ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the expression of neurone specific enolase was higher than the transplantation group and the model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Electroacupuncture Du meridian combined with vein transplantation of stem cells can improve neurological im- pairment rats after cerebral infarction, and its mechanism is concern with promoting the regeneration of neurons.
