摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射(HPLC—ELSD)测定益母草颗粒中盐酸水苏碱的含量。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法,安捷伦ZORBAXSB—Aq(4.6mm×250.0mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-水(5:95)为流动相;流速0.3mL·min-1。结果:盐酸水苏碱在0.4004—4.0040μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9992,盐酸水苏碱平均加样回收率为97.11%,RSD为1.11%,精密度、稳定性良好。结论:本方法可靠性高,分离度、准确性、重复性好,适用于益母草颗粒中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定。Objective : To establish a method for determination of Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Herba Leonuri Granules. Methods : Evapo- rative light scattering detecctor (ELSD), and an Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq (4.6 mm × 250.0 mm, 5 μm) chromatographic column were used for. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water(5 : 95 ), the flow-rate was 0.3 mL · min-l. Results:The calibration curve of Stachydrine Hydrochloride was linear over the range of 0. 4004 - 4.004 μg( r = 0. 999 2). The average recovery of Stachydrine Hydrochloride was 97.11%, and RSD 1.11%. The precision and stability were fine. Conclusion : HPLC-ELSD may be used in the quan- titative analysis of Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Herba Leonuri Granules with high reliability, separation, accuracy, repeatability.
