摘 要:目的:研究影响满山红滴丸制备的各种因素,确定最佳工艺。方法:通过对滴丸的丸质量差异、外观、硬度及崩解时限综合评分,采用正交试验考察基质间比例、基质与药的比例、化药温度和滴头高度等条件。结果:满山红滴丸制备的最佳条件是PEG4000:PEG6000:药物(2:1:1)在90℃化药,在距冷凝剂液面5cm处以每分钟30滴速度滴制,滴头口径4~5mm,冷凝剂温度10℃。结论:在最佳条件下制备的滴丸,成型好、均匀,硬度和崩解符合要求,工艺稳定。Objective:To optimize the best preparation process of Folium Rhododendri Daurici Dropping Pill through controlling the dif- ferent factors. Methods : Orthogonal tests were used to choose the proportion of matrixes, proportion between drug and matrix, temperature of drug, and the height of the dripper above the refrigerant, grading synthetically with coefficient of weight variation, the shape, hardness and resolving time of the dropping pills. Results:The optimized condition of Folium Rhododendri Daurici Dropping Pill was as follows: PEG4000 : PEG6000 : drug (2 : 1 : 1 ) ,melted at 90 ℃ ,dropped with the dripper 5 cm above refrigerant,at the speed of 30 drips per minute. The internal and external diameter sizes were 4 mm,5 mm,respectively. The temperature of refrigerant was 10 ℃. Conclusion: With the best preparation process, the dropping pill is well-formed with good uniformity ,the hardness and resolving time are consistent with the needs, and the technology is stable.
