摘 要:目的:探讨防治痛风药物筛选方法以及现有机制。方法:通过查阅近年来文献,对已有的防治痛风药物筛选方法和相关机制研究进行归纳、分析。结果:目前防治痛风药物的筛选主要借助于动物模型,与人类痛风的发病机制尚有较大差距,药物的体外筛选模型尚未建立,借助动物模型进行的机制研究不深入。结论:现有的筛选方法有不足之处,机制研究尚处于探索阶段,需要对存在的问题进行改进。尤其是中药治疗痛风的作用机理较不明朗,急需探索出一套行之有效的更接近与人类痛风发病机制的模型进行系统研究。Objective : To study the prevention and treatment of gout drug screening methods as well as the existing mechanism study of gout. Methods:concluded and analyzed the existing drug screening methods and related mechanisms research on prevention and treat- ment of gout, and discussed the prevention of gout drug screening methods and mechanisms by reviewing the literature in recent years. Results:At present, animal model is the primary method of prevention and treatment of gout drug screening, and there is still large difference with the human pathogenesis of gout. In vitro screening model has not already been established, and research on mechanism of gout is no in-depth. Conclusion :The existing screening method is inadequate, the mechanism research is still at an exploratory phase. We need to improve the existing problems. And especially the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gout is am- biguous, so we need to establish an animal model of gout for pathogenesis research and drug screen analysis.
