摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药治疗抑郁症的特点。方法:查阅近年来关于中药治疗抑郁症的相关文献,从单味药抗抑郁活性部位、提取物、中药复方等方面分析中药治疗抑郁症特点及存在问题等进行分析。结果:中药治疗抑郁症应用广泛,但存在药效物质基础不明确,药理作用机制缺乏等不足。结论:中医药治疗抑郁症具有疗效稳定、作用持久、不良反应小、复发率低、身心整体调治、适合长期服用。Objective：To discuss the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in treating depression. Methods：Looked up the relat- ed literatures about traditional Chinese medicine treatment of depression in recent years, and analyzed characteristics and existing prob- lems of traditional Chinese medicine treating depression from the aspects such as single herbs antidepressant active fraction, extract, Chinese medicine compound. Results ： Although TCM has been used to treat depression, the shortcoming was that the foundation of effi- cacy material was not definite, meanwhile mechanism was deficient. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine treatment of depression has stable curative effect, persistent role, less adverse reaction, low recurrence rate, the overall modulation of body and mind, Which is suitable for long-term use.
