中医药对子宫内膜异位症免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药对子宫内膜异位症(EMt)免疫功能影响的研究情况。方法:总结、归纳和分析近年来中医药对子宫内膜异位症免疫功能影响的相关文献。结果:中医治疗采用辨证论治,常用活血化瘀法、补肾活血法、补肾温阳化瘀法、理气化痰祛法、益气化瘀止痛法等法治疗,治疗采用大黄虫丸特技茯苓流浸膏加味散结镇痛方治疗。目前许多研究认为,EMt与机体免疫功能异常有关,中医药改善EMt免疫功能取得了良好的效果。结论:中医药能显著改善子宫内膜异位症免疫功能。Objective ： To study the research progress on effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the immune function of endometriosis. Methods：Related literature were summarized, concluded and analyzed in recent years. Resuhs ： Endometriosis （EMT）is the common dis- ease of childbearing age women, and the main performance is pelvic pain and infertility. Now numerous studies considered that EMT is associated with the abnormal immune function,and traditional Chinese medicine has obtained good effect on the improvement of EMT immune function. Conclusion：Chinese medicine can improve the immune function of endometriosis significantly.
