解毒化浊方口服加灌肠对慢性输卵管炎患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察解毒化浊方口服加灌肠对输卵管炎患者血液流变学的影响。方法:所有50例患者均为治疗组,采用解毒化浊方口服加保留灌肠疗程治疗,3个月为1个疗程;并设定正常对照组30例,不采用任何治疗。治疗后分别测定治疗组治疗前后血液流变学变化及正常组血液流变学指标。结果:治疗组治疗前血液流变学各指标相对正常组均升高,经治疗后降低(P<0.05)。结论:解毒化浊方中药口服加灌肠治疗可降低慢性输卵管炎患者血液流变学指标,改善盆腔的血液循环,使盆腔内瘀血得以消除,解除盆腔粘连。Objective：To observe the influence of oral administration Detoxifying and Dissolving Turbid Prescription and external treat- ment on the hemorheology in patients with chronic salpingitis. Methods：All 50 patients were treated with oral administration Detoxifying and Dissolving Turbid Prescription and retention enema. 3 months for a period of treatment. Set the normal control group of 30 cases without any treatment. After treatment,respectively determined the hemorrheologic changes of the treatment group before and after treat- ment and hemorheology indexes of the normal group. Results ：The hemorrheologic indexes values of the treatment group before treatment were higher than that of the normal group, after treatment, the indexes values of the treatment group were decreased. I .nfluence of oral ad- ministration Detoxifying and Dissolving Turbid Prescription and external treatment on the hemorheology in patients with chronic salpingi- tis. Conclusion：Detoxifying and Dissolving Turbid Prescription and enema treatment can decrease the hemorrheologic indexes values of patients with chronic salpingitis, improve the blood circulation of the pelvic cavity, eliminate blood stasis in the pelvic cavity, and remove pelvic adhesion so as to obtain the therapeutic effects.
