电针辅助治疗突发性聋临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针辅助治疗突发性聋的临床疗效。方法:将62例突发性聋患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组30例和对照组32例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用电针辅助治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为78.13%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针辅助治疗突发性聋疗效确切,并可改善全聋和极度听力损失的症状。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture assisted treatment for sudden deafness. Methods：62 cases of sudden deafness patients were divided into the control group of 32 cases and the treatment group of 30 cases according to random num- ber table single blind method. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the treatment group was treated additionally with electro-acupuncture assisted therapy base on the conventional western medicine treatment. Acupoint selection with the principle of local and distal point combination. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%, and the control group was 78.13% ,comparison efficiency of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The conventional western medicine and electro-acupuncture assisted treatment can improve the curative effect of sudden deafness exactly, and even can improve the symptoms of total deafness and extreme hearing loss.
