复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法:240例银屑病患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各120例。治疗组给予复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗,对照组给予复方甘草酸苷治疗,观察并对比两组的临床疗效及安全性。结果:治疗组的临床有效率为71.67%,对照组的临床有效率为45.83%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组治疗前PASI评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组的PASI评分分别为(6.43±3.63)分和(8.68±4.76)分,治疗组的改善程度明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均无严重不良反应。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病临床疗效显著。Objective.To investigate the curative effect of compound glycyrrhizic acid glycosides combined with narrow spectrum uvb rays treatment of psoriasis. Methods ：240 cases of psoriasis patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method, each of 120 cases. The treatment group was given compound glycyrrhizic acid glycosides combind with narrow spectrum uvb rays treatment;The control group was given compound glycyrrhizic acid glycosides. Observed and compared the clinical curative effect and safety of the two groups. Results：The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 71.67 %, and the con- trol group was 45.83% ,and the comparison of the two groups showed that the difference was statistical significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in PASI score before treatment（P 〉0.05） ,PASI score in the two groups after treatment respectively were （6.43 ± 3.63） points and （8.68 ± 4.76） points, and the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group, and the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ） ;The two groups had no serious adverse reaction. Conclusion：Compound glycyrrhizic acid glycosides combined with narrow spectrum uvb rays treated with psoriasis has significant clinical curative effect.
