谈何若愚对针灸学的贡献

摘　　要：目的:探讨金代医家何若愚对针灸学的贡献。方法:立足于何若愚医学著作,对其针灸学术观点和成就进行分析、归纳。结果:何若愚在继承发扬《黄帝内经》《难经》中有关天人相应、气血流注、按时盛衰等理论基础上,提出子午流注、接气通经、补生泻成等针法。结论:何若愚的针灸学术思想对后世针灸学的发展做出了很大的贡献。0bjective ：To study the contribution of He Ruoyu to acupuncture. Methods：Analyzed and summarized his acupuncture aca- demic ideas and achievements based on He Ruoyu＇s medical literatures. Results：He Ruoyu advocated acupuncture therapy such as mid- night-moon-ebb-flow, connecting qi and dredging the channel, reinforcing the numbers producing the universe and reducing the numbers strengthening the things on the basis of him inheritance and development the theories of correspondence between human and universe, qi-blood-ebb-flow,and rising and falling in accordance with the time change. Conclusion：He Ruoyu＇s acupuncture academic thinking has made a great contribution to the development of future generations.
