摘　　要：十七届六中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大繁荣大发展若干重大问题的决定》,从中国特色社会主义事业总体布局的高度,提出了坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路、努力建设社会主义文化强国的战略目标。文化育警是公安机关提升素质、树立形象、推动工作不断向前发展的关键环节。公安院校是警察培养的摇篮,担负着培养合格人民警察的重要职责,必须充分发挥育人阵地的作用。The sixth Plenary Session of the 17th passed＂The central committee of the communist party of China to further the reform of cultural system to promote great prosperity of socialist culture development decision several major issues＂.It makes the strategic target of insisting socialism and building powerful cultural country from the height of socialism entiredistribution.Cultural education is the key point to raise the quality,promote profileand work.Public security colleges are developing policeman resource.It takes the burden of educate qualified policemen.
