摘　　要：随着产品复杂性的增加和对产品性能、质量和可靠性等方面的要求越来越高,可靠性理论、技术和方法的发展和应用也日益引起人们的重视。世界各工业发达国家对其产品都相应地规定了可靠性指标,指标值的高低直接影响和决定着产品的价格和市场竞争力。目前可靠性设计已广泛用于国防、航空、航天、电子、通信、仪器仪表、汽车等许多领域。The more complexity and increased requirements on performance, quality and reliabili- ty of products attracted the more and more attention to the development and application of reliable theo- ries, technologies and methodologies. The reliable indexes for products have been formulated in many developed industrial countries since the level of indexes affect directly the pricing and competitive edges of the products in the market. At present, the reliable design has found extensive application in various fields such as national defense, aviation, aerospace, electronics, communication, instruments and me- ters, automobiles and so on.
