摘 要:在我们知道了交换区域的划分,交换局位置确定原则,用户环路的基本设计方法,中继路由选择及计算方法,这些规划一个市话网时必须考虑的问题后,还要考虑其他环节,如交换设备,局所土建费用,长市中继及其费用等。电信网分析设计是一个非常复杂的问题,要想用手工的方法进行优化设计,工作量之大是可以想象得到的,甚至是很难实现的。近年来,利用计算机辅助电信网设计成为可能。计算机辅助设计局所规划程序流程图如图所示。是以全网总费用最少为准则,求最经济的局所布局。When we are aware of division of switching sections, determining principle of switching bureau location, basic design method of customers ~ loop and selection and calculation of relay route, which is essential in planning a local calls network in a city, other issues like switching equipment, ex- penses of civil constructions of offices and long city relay and expenses, etc. shall be considered as well. Since the design of telecommunication network is complicate, the imaginable tremendous works is almost hard to be finished for the optimization of design manually. In recent years, it becomes available for making telecommunication design by CAD. The Chart below demonstrated the flowchart of planned switching bureau or office by means of CAD following the principle of least cost of overall network and most economic layout.
