摘 要:目的探讨补肾降压方对自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneous hypertensive rat,SHR)脂联素及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选用自发性高血压大鼠60只,随机分为SHR空白组、补肾大剂量组、补肾中剂量组、补肾小剂量组、卡托普利组(每组12只),以12周龄WKY大鼠为对照,连续灌胃8周。ELISA试剂盒检测血清脂联素水平;放射免疫分析法测定血清胰岛素(FINS)含量;酶比色法测定血糖(FPG),并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果给药8周后,与SHR空白组比,补肾大剂量组能上调血清脂联素水平(P<0.01),同时可降低FPG(P<0.05),显著降低FINS(P<0.01),且可显著提高ISI(P<0.01)。结论应用补肾降压方可改善SHR的FPG、FINS、ISI机制可能与提高血清脂联素水平有关。Objective To discuss the impacts on adiponectin and insulin resistance(IR)of Bushen Jiaugya Formula in spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods Sixty SHRs were randomized into a SHR blank group, a large -close group, a middle -dose group, a small -dose group and a Captopril group (12 rats in each one). WKY rats of 12 weeks old were selected in a control group. The gastric infusion was ap- plied for 8 weeks continuously. ELISA kit was used to determine adiponectin level. RIA was used to determine the content of FINS. Enzyme colorimetry was used to determine the level of FPG. The insulin sensitive index (ISI) was calculated. Results In 8 weeks of medication, compared with the SHR blank group, the level of serum adiponectin was up - regulated in the large - dose group ( P 〈 0.01 ), FPG level was reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ) ,FINS level was decreased significantly and ISI was improved significantly( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Bushen Jiangya Formula could improve in the results of FPG, FINS and ISI through improving the level of ser- um adiponeetin.
