自拟解郁清毒散治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛42例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟解郁清毒散治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效与安全性。方法将84例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为2组,两组各42例。治疗组予中药解郁清毒散(苍术20g,香附15 g,神曲20 g,川芎15 g,栀子10 g,黄连15 g,黄芩10 g,黄柏10 g,夏枯草30 g,白芍30 g,炙甘草10 g,地龙30 g,丝瓜络30 g,黄芪30 g,元胡15 g,太子参30 g)治疗,对照组予维生素B1、维生素B12500 mg肌肉注射及阿米替林片。结果治疗组总有效率为88.10%,不良反应的发生率为9.52%;对照组总有效率为73.81%,不良反应发生率为30.95%。治疗组与对照组比较,有效率和不良反应发生率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解郁清毒散治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of the self - prepared Jieyu Qingdu Powder on post - herpetic neuralgia（ PHN）. Methods Eighty - four eases of PHN were randomized into two groups ,42 cases in each one. in the treatment group,Jieyu Qingdu Powder（ rhizoma atractylodis 20 g, rhizoma cyperi 15 g,medicaled leaven 20 g,ligusticum wallichii 15 g, fmctus gardeniae 10 g,eoptis chinensis 15 g, scutellaria balcalensis 10 g,cortex phellodendri 10 g,prunella vulgaris 30 g,radix paeoniae alba 30 g, radix glycyrrhizae preparata 10 g, lumbricus 30 g, retinervus luffae fi＇uctus 30 g, astragalus membranaceus 30 g, rhi- zoma corydalis 15 g,radix pseudostellariae 30 g）was prescribed. In the control group,the muscular injection of Vitamin B1 and Hi2,500 mg was applied and Amitriptyline Tablets were administrated. Results The total effective rate was 88. 10% and the incidence of adverse reaction was 9.52% in the treatment group. The. total effective rate was 73.81% and the ineidence of adverse reaction was 30.95% in the control group. The difl＇erences in the effective rate and the incidence of adverse reaction were significant in comparison between the treatment group and the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Jieyu Qingdu Powder achieves the significant,safe and reliable efficacy on PHN.
