摘　　要：目的观察活血祛瘀软坚散结汤配合输卵管内注药及针刺穴位治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法将50例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组22例,两组患者治疗前均行子宫输卵管造影证实输卵管阻塞不通畅阻塞或积水,或者在腹腔镜检查下做输卵管通液证实输卵管不通畅或不通。两组均给予地塞米松磷酸钠注射液5 mg,庆大霉素4万U,加于0.9%氯化钠注射液20 mL,行输卵管通液术。治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用活血祛瘀软坚散结汤配合针刺穴位治疗法。治疗后评价两组中西医临床疗效。结果治疗结束后,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕疗效显著,安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on infertility caused by fallopian tube ob- struction （IFTO）treated with HuoxueQuyuRuanjianSanjie Decoction combined with fallopian injection of med- icine as well as acupuncture. Methods Fifty cases of IFTO were randomized into a treatment group（28 ca- ses） and a control group （22 cases）. Before treatment, the uterine tubal angiography was adopted to confirm fallopian tube obstruction or hydrosalpinx;or the laparoscopic hydrotubation test was done to determine fallo- pian tube obstruction. In both of two groups, dexamethasone sodimn phosphate injection,5mg, gentamycin 40 000 U and 0.9% sodium chloride injection 20ml were used in hydrotubation. In the treatment group,on the basic treatment of western medicine, HuoxueQuyuRuanjianSanjie Decoction and acupuncture at acupoints were supplemented. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the integrated Chinese and western medicine was evaluated in the two groups. Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was ohvi- ously superior to the control group, indicating the significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The inte- grated Chinese and western medicine achieves the significant efficacy and high therapeutic safety in the treat- ment of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction.
