摘  要:利用转矩流变仪测定了不同润滑剂、不同润滑剂含量下,聚乳酸(PLA)/剑麻(SF)复合材料的流变性能,分析了不同润滑剂所属类型,讨论了不同润滑剂类型对植物纤维复合材料流变性能的影响。结果表明:内润滑剂可明显降低加工转矩,其润滑效果具有饱和性;外润滑剂的润滑效果还与转速有关,当转速过高,润滑膜受到的机械剪切作用过大,加上高剪切作用下产生的摩擦热使复合材料温度升高,润滑膜容易被破坏,润滑效果大大降低。Rheological properties of polylactic acid (PLA)/sisal fiber composite with different lubricants were evaluated by the torque rheometer. The types of these two different lubricants were analyzed. The effect of different lubricants on the rheological properties was discussed. The results showed that the internal lubricant had an apparent effect on the torque. The effect of the internal lubricants was related to the dosage and there was a saturated value. The effect of the external lubricant was tightly related to the rotate speed. When the rotate speed was too high, the lubricant effect lessened greatly. This was because that the mechanical shearing force became so large that it tore the lubricant film;In addition, the high-speed shearing force produced too much friction heat which increased the temperature of the material, and then the adsorption strength of lubricating film decreased,thus lubricant film was easily destroyed.
