摘  要:利用间歇式发泡法,制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/淀粉(starch)以及聚乳酸(PLA)/改性淀粉(M-starch)泡沫材料。通过改变发泡条件,研究了泡孔在聚乳酸/淀粉基体中的成核过程。加入淀粉后,泡沫的泡孔尺寸明显下降,泡孔密度和发泡倍率同时有很大的提高。当加入淀粉的质量分数为30%时,泡沫的泡孔直径从95.6μm下降到41.7μm,泡孔密度从8.7×106个/cm3升高到6.2×107个/cm3,泡沫的发泡倍率为9.0。用改性淀粉替换原淀粉作为填料时,相对于原淀粉泡沫,表现出更高的泡孔密度(8.3×107个/cm3)和发泡倍率(10.9)。A series of PLA/Starch and PLA/M-starch blends with various content of starch were prepared and foamed through a batch foaming process. The process of cell nucleation in Poly( lactic acid)(PLA)/starch blends was investigated by altering the foaming condition. The experimental results showed that the addition of starch to PLA matrix significantly improved the cell morphology of foams, which decreased cell size, increased expansion ratio and cell density. With the starch content of PLA/stareh blend increased to 30 % ,the average cell sizes decreased from 95.6 μm to 41.7 μm, while the cell densities of PLA/starch foams increased from 8.7 ×106 cells/era3 to 6.2 × 107 cells/cm3. By using Modified starch as the filler,the PLA/ MSt foams exhibited higher cell densities(8.3 × 107 cells/cm3) and expansion ratios (10.9) compared to raw starch foams.
