摘  要:采用双转子混炼机制备了碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料,并在固体粉末/聚合物分散混合理论的基础上,通过实验探索了双转子混炼机的工艺条件对碳纳米管在环氧树脂中分散性的影响。实验结果表明:在一定范围内增加转子转速和混合时间能明显提高碳纳米管在环氧树脂中的分散程度。A double-rotor mixer was used to prepare carbon nanotubes/epoxy resin composite. Based on the dispersion mixing theory of solid powder/polymer, the influence of process conditions of the double-rotor mixer on the dispersion of carbon nanotubes in epoxy resin was studied by experiment. The experimental results showed that increasing the rotor speed and mixing time within a certain range could increase the degree of dispersion of carbon nanotubes in epoxy resin obviously.
