瘦素的分泌调节及其在动物生产中的应用

摘　　要：瘦素是由脂肪细胞分泌,由肥胖基因编码的一种蛋白质激素,也是一种免疫因子,可以调控动物摄食,体脂代谢,参与多种疾病的调节以及影响生殖和泌乳。文章综述影响瘦素分泌和基因表达的因素及其在动物生产上的应用。Leptin is a protein hormone which secreted by fat cells and encoded by obese gene, and it is also an immune factor, can regulate animal feeding, fat metabolism, participate in the regulation of many diseases, effect the animal reproduction and lactation. This paper reviewed the effects of secretion and gene expression of leption, and application in animal production.
