摘　　要：浙江省工业项目建设用地控制指标(自2003年发布,2007年修订)实施至今,对提升浙江省公众节约集约用地意识、提高省内工业用地节约集约利用水平、完善政府土地管理机制方面起到了重大作用,实施效果明显。但同时也存在更新不及时、指标偏低、与浙江省实际发展状况有所脱节等情况,通过与其他省市标准比较、省内现状数据调查、政府项目审批约定参考等方法,对浙江省工业项目建设用地控制指标的实施效果与存在问题进行研究。The industrial construction land control norm of Zhejiang Province was released in 2003 and revised in 2007. Until now, control norm has played an important role in promoting public awareness of land conservation, pushing on the level of industrial land intensivism and improving government mechanism for land management in Zhejiang Province. On the other hand, control norm also exists some problems like no update in a timely manner, low standards and somewhat out of touch with the actual development. By comparison with other province standards, current situation data research, government project approval and other statistical data, in this paper, we study on effects and problems of the industrial Construction land control norm in Zhejiang Province
