摘　　要：微博及评论正在深刻地改变着世界,拓展微博评论的价值功能,对于实现和保障个人权利、建设公民社会、拓展企业发展空间、提升政府公信力和影响力都具有重大的现实意义。Micro-blog and comments are profoundly changing the world, value function expansion mi- cro-blog comments, to realize and protect individual rights, the construction of civil society, expand the enterprise development space, is of great practical significance to improve government credibility and influence.
