基于结构方程模型的地方政府支持科技金融发展差异性研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：科技与金融相互融合对区域经济增长具有强有力的支撑作用,地方政府是推动科技金融协调发展的引导者。对地方政府支持科技创新的路径进行分析,构建了结构方程模型,并以江苏省苏南和苏北地区为例对地方政府引导科技金融发展路径及贡献度进行了实证分析。实证研究结果表明:苏北地区金融市场欠发达,高新产业融资模式仍以内源式传统银行贷款模式为主;苏南地方政府对科技金融的引导力度和贡献程度显著高于苏北地区。最后,提出了促进科技金融发展的相关政策建议。Integration between science ＆ technology and finance has a strong supporting role on regional economic growth, the local government is to promote the coordinated development of finance and science ＆ technology. Through the analysis on the path of local government＇s support for technological innovation, Southern and Northern area in Jiangsu province taken as examples, the structural equation model is constructed, and the local government＇s guiding path and contribution degree to the scientific and financial development are analyzed. The empirical results show that the financial market in Northern Jiangsu is less developed, and financing mode of high-tech industry is still dominated by endogenous traditional bank loans. Secondly, the local government＇s promoting science ＆ technology and finance in Southern Jiangsu is more prominent than that in Northern Jiangsu. Finally, some policy suggestions are given to promote financial development in science technology.
