摘　　要：随着科学宏观管理模式从传统自治模式和统治模式转向治理模式,权威科学家的权威基础、权威来源、确认方式和社会角色等发生改变,导致权威科学家的意蕴及其在科学宏观管理中的地位和作用也发生相应变化,这些变化是科学知识生产方式与科学宏观管理模式演变的必然要求。科学治理中,权威科学家在科学评价、科技政策制定、科学资源分配等方面发挥着重要作用。With the deve],opment of science macro management mode cnangeo trom tr^u~Lut~,~ o- ernment model to governance mode, authoritative scientists%ase of authoritative, authoritative source, confirm way and social role have accordingly changed, and furthermost makes their meaning, status and role in the science macro--manage- ment change. These changes are the inevitable requirement of the new development of scientific knowledge mode of pro- duction and science macro-management mode. In the governance of science, authoritative scientists play an important role in scientific evaluation, making of science and technology policy and allocation of scientific resources.
