摘  要:通水冷却措施是水电工程大体积混凝土采用的一种十分有效的温控措施.但是,冷却通水也是一把双刃剑,控制不好,也会损伤混凝土而开裂.工程中,通常是根据数值计算、工程经验和实测的混凝土内部温度、冷却水的温度来调整通水量.目前,尚无一套简单易行的实施方案,温控过程中容易出现温控参数超标的情况,影响混凝土质量.因此,研究混凝土内部温度与通水量之间的关系以确保工程质量显得尤为重要.以热量守恒定律为基础,结合对工程实测数据的分析归纳,总结出了一套相对简单、实用、高效的公式.可指导编制通水方案,对保证工程质量起着积极的作用.Water cooling measure is a very effective temperature control measure for mass concrete con- struction in water resources and hydropower engineering. However, cooling through water is also a doub- le-edged sword, which could cause damage in concrete without control. In project, usually, based on nu- merical calculation, engineering experience, concrete internal temperature and cooling water's temperature, the cooling water pass will be adjusted. Currently, there is no set of simple embodiment, which temperature control parameters exceeded in temperature control process, affecting the quality of concrete. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the relationship of concrete internal temperature and water pass for ensuring the quality of the project. In this paper, based on heat conservation law and combined engineering test data analysis, a set of rela- tively simple, practical and efficient formulas are summed up, so as to guide the preparation to pass water pro- gram, and play an active role to ensure the quality of the project.
